Perfect for making your own spore solution, agar plates or to fill up your ultrasonic mister! Conveniently stored in 1000ml bottles, our distilled and gamma irradiated water comes ready to use!

Distilled water is essential for any work with liquid culture, but especially important for spore solution. Distilled water contains just water, so your spores can safely hydrate within this water without germinating.

To get to the distilled water, you simply have to screw the lid on tighter, before moving it the other way to break the sterility seal. Then you can use it as required. The contents of the bottle will become contaminated after opening if the bottle is opened in non-sterile air. You can prevent this by using a still-air-box, or for a more fool-proof precaution a Laminar Flow Hood.
