Organic products such as grain bags and jars are sterile at the point of leaving us. They have been pressure cooked at the correct pressure for the required amount of time. For this reason, we cannot refund for contaminated grain.

Or spore syringes and spore prints have been made under our state of the art, Laminar Flow Hood under sterile conditions. However, t is impossible for spore syringes to be made completely sterile because spores are collected from mushrooms that do not grow in a sterile environment. For this reason, it is always advised to work with Agar to ensure you only transfer uncontaminated Agar to your grains. Therefore we cannot refund for any contamination that results from our spore syringes.

If your grain bag or your grain jar is compromised / broken upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible we are able to work with you to resolve the issue.

If your spore syringe cap has fallen off in transit and leaked liquid, please email us and we’d be more than happy to help.
