What Size Syringe Do I need?

Our bags have a max amount of moisture they can hold, therefore it's important to check how much you need prior to setting up your project! These bags are purpose-made for Gourmet Health Mushroom spores and should be used alongside a bag sealer (for contamination-free second and third harvests) as well as a heat mat or heat chamber to keep the temperatures constant. Please refer to the table below for this information!

Description

We recommend 10ml of Gourmet Health Mushroom spores per 1kg bag.

An excellent nutritional source for mushrooms to spawn on, this 1kg Rye Spawn bag also comes with a FAE (Fresh Air Exchange) filter and a self healing injection port. Simply wipe the injection port with the wipe provided and inject your spores. If you are using a fresh needle, it is sterile already so there is no need to wipe the needle or flame it.

First time trying this. Used 3.3ml of Amazonian in each 1kg bag. Quick colonisation and 5 weeks later nearly 100% colognised. 20-25 degree range in dark boiler cupboard.
