What Size Syringe Do I need?
Our bags have a max amount of moisture they can hold, therefore it's important to check how much you need prior to setting up your project!
These bags are purpose-made for Gourmet Health Mushroom spores and should be used alongside a bag sealer (for contamination-free second and third harvests) as well as a heat mat or heat chamber to keep the temperatures constant.

These grow kits are most suited for mushrooms which prefer hardwood. However, this mix of oak hardwood and wheat bran is now suitable for a wide range of species.
