Now you harvest them! Sounds easy, right? Often myco-maniacs get stumped by a seemingly simple question, how do I harvest my mushrooms?

A quick google search will tell you one of two things:

• Cut them at the base.
• Pull them out.

So now it’s your choice of these two seemingly easy and risk-free options. However, there are pros and cons to both methods which can stump even the keenest mycologists.
