Inject and Forget Mushroom Grow Bag (1lb) – Easy Gourmet Mushroom Cultivation

The Inject and Forget Bag (1lb) is one of our most beginner friendly
Gourmet Health Mushroom grow kits. Small, simple to use, and
contamination protected, this compact bag is ideal for first time growers or smaller projects,
delivering quick results with minimal effort.

We recommend using 2.5ml of Gourmet Health Mushroom spores per 1lb bag.
Spores are not included.

How to Get Started

1. Wipe down your workspace and equipment with 70% isopropyl alcohol spray. Let dry before use.
2. Keep the project at 26–27°C. Our 60L incubators come pre set.
3. Wash your hands, then remove the bag from its protective sleeve without touching the air filter.
4. Attach the sterile gamma irradiated needle to your syringe, keeping the cap on until ready.
5. Sanitise the injection port with the provided alcohol swab and let it dry.
6. Shake your syringe to distribute the spores evenly.
7. Insert the needle at a downward angle, halfway into the injection port, and release spores.
8. Allow 5–6 seconds for the port to reseal, then gently mix the substrate.
9. Place the bag horizontally on a heat mat, filter facing sideways, and incubate in darkness.

Harvesting

Once pins appear, your Gourmet Health Mushrooms are nearly ready.
Harvest between stage 3–4 (before caps open and release spores) to avoid contamination and maintain strong yields.

Repeat Flushes

Each bag can deliver 2–3 flushes. To promote another harvest:

1. Add one cup of cold water to the bag and leave sealed for 12 hours.
2. Drain water slowly over 30 minutes.
3. Return the bag to the same conditions and wait 7–14 days for the next flush.
