Once your order is in and your payment has been verified, orders will be processed next working day. Grow kits are made to order so please expect a slight delay on grow kits. This is to give you the freshest possible kit. Once your order has been marked as completed, delivery is usually 3-5 working days via DHL or Royal Mail. Royal Mail packages go through your letter box. We send spore orders via Royal Mail which is tracked but due to low value we do not send tracking. This will go through your letterbox and is in discrete packaging. Anything bigger goes via DHL who will email you with tracking information once they have collected it from us.
In some instances such as when we are particularly busy, there could be a slight delay to your order. Please do not contact us to track your order unless it’s been over 7 days since your order. This will slow us down and delay other orders from being shipped.
Your order is guaranteed to be delivered or your money back.
If you are only purchasing spores, we ship via Royal Mail and you will not receive tracking although your package is tracked.
Larger items are shipped via DHL who will email you with tracking info once they have scanned your package.
All orders are shipped in discrete packaging.
