1. Shipping Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Shipping: 2–5 working days
  • UK Express Shipping : 1–2 working days

*Please note that orders over £60 will be shipped using the standard shipping, free of charge. There is an option at checkout for paid shipping if you would prefer a shorter delivery time.

Backordered Items:

Please note that any items labelled as backordered may take 7-14 working days to leave us. You will be made aware of this when adding the product to your basket, at checkout prior to payment and in any email communications to you from us in regards to your order. We will not send orders in part and will wait for all items to be available prior to sending your order out.

By placing an order that includes a backordered item, you acknowledge and accept these terms, and it is your responsibility to be aware of the stated dispatch timeframe.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next working day. During peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Issues

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is the courier’s responsibility. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times and are not liable for delays caused by the courier service.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. Shiny Spores is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the courier marks them as delivered.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. For any international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
