Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours once payment has been made (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer one method of shipping as standard at a fixed rate depending on the size of your order. Our orders leave via DHL or Royal Mail.

Once your order is marked as processing, we will send it within 24-48 hours for next working day delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as weather or carrier issues.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times vary based on the destination and customs processing. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to the scientific nature of our goods we cannot guarantee delivery of international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using the provided link or by visiting the carriers website.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O boxes, APO/FPO addresses, schools, restricted addresses or directly to service points or post offices. You can opt to have your order delivered to a service point or post office once with the courier.

Due to the volume of orders we receive, we cannot always catch addresses we cannot deliver to. If you have opted to have your parcel sent directly to one of these areas, we are not liable for it's recovery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please refer to your tracking information first. If the issue persists please contact our customer support team using the information below for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you contact us after 7 days, we may be unable to provide a full refund or replacement, but we will assess this on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a suitable resolution.
