Leucistic Burma Spore Syringe
A favourite among collectors Leucistic Burma is a striking variant of the classic Burma strain. Originally circulated by growers in the early 2000s, this line is known for; tall stature, thick stems, and vivid reported visuals in countries where cultivation is legal.
The leucistic trait means the caps partially lack pigmentation giving them a pale almost white appearance while still retaining normal structure. Under the microscope, this makes the spores particularly interesting to compare against the parent Burma line.
Strain Profile
-
In places where use is legal collectors describe a clean, energetic character with moderate to strong visual depth.
-
A vigorous, resilient cubensis line when cultivated legally.
-
Distinct pale caps due to leucism ideal for comparative microscopy and beginners exploring morphological differences.
Storage
Keep syringes refrigerated at 2-8°C to maintain freshness and viability.
They’ll store well for up to six months under these conditions.
For best results allow the syringe to sit at room temperature for 12 hours before viewing under the microscope.
The Syringe
Every syringe is prepared and packed here in the UK.
To prevent premature injection during transit:
-
The needle is supplied separately in a sterile packet
-
The syringe is secured with a protective end cap
-
Needles are fully sterilised/gamma-irradiated — do not re-sterilise, as this may introduce contamination
