The team at Shiny Spores have been incredibly impressed with the new and improved Blue Smurf LME (light malt extract) Agar recipe. Therefore, we’ve decided to release our own pre-poured agar plates containing this super speedy solution.
The LME Agar has been reported (by us, as well as other budding mycologists) to support optimal growth patterns. It also promotes rhizomorphic mycelium which can be seen from the product photos.

Just place a spore or tissue sample in the middle of the Agar plate and watch it expand and grow before your eyes. These are suitable for a wide variety of mushroom species.
