100% natural ingredients, medium roast ground coffee. Rainforest Alliance Certified Coffee. Vegan.

Ingredients

Roasted Coffee, Lion’s Mane Mushroom Extract, Ashwagandha Root Powder, Raw Cacao Powder, MCT Coconut Oil (Medium Chain Triglycerides).

Directions

Filter: 22g of coffee per 500ml water

Cafetiere: 12g of coffee per 250ml of water

Espresso: approx. 7g of coffee per single espresso.
