Golden Teacher magic mushrooms are a great mushroom for newbies looking to dip their toe in the water. A typical first dose would be around 2 grams. This is 2 grams dry, not wet. By wet we mean fresh, not dried or dehydrated. The general rule of the thumb is your fresh weight will equal around 10% dry. If you have 100g of fresh mushrooms, it equates to around 10g of dried mushrooms. This is because mushrooms are 90% water.
