Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist at Shiny Spores, you will be responsible for:
1. Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
2. Providing accurate and informative answers to customer questions and concerns.
3. Processing phone payments and maintaining accurate transaction records.
4. Managing and monitoring our social media accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
5. Escalating any issues or customer feedback to the relevant department.
6. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
7. Other related office / admin duties
8. Packing orders
Requirements:
1. A passion for mycology and an eagerness to learn more about the field.
2. Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a related industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for customer engagement.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
