This bag is a unique ration of both millet and milo which gives your shrooms a robust nutritional base, maximizing your yield potential. You can pair this with our CVG mix for the perfect monotub set-up!

In our personal experience as budding mycologists, we’ve found this mix of millet and milo to be more effective than traditional rye grain. This mix gives your mycelium the nutritional content it needs to produce a strong and healthy network. In most cases we’ve found that it’s worked quicker than our retired rye grain bags!

Our bags are sterilized in sterile, lab conditions, so it’s ready to go and free from the fear of contamination! Simply inoculate your chosen Gourmet Health Mushroom spores into the bag, keep it in complete darkness and wait for the magic to happen.

We advise using this bag with gourmet health mushrooms only. We do not advise using any psilocybin containing mushrooms with our kits as this is not legal in the UK.
