Hi , I suffer from PTDS ,anxiety and depression, I’ve heard that mild doses of LSD found in mushrooms can be beneficial, while serving through the 90s I was part of the rave generation so not a stranger to hallucinogenics ect . Is this something that might help and how easy is it to cultivate from spores . Don’t want to go down the route of picking although I see plenty each year on the golf courses.
